You’ll manage communications, scheduling, and equipment logistics, travel locally to client sites, and contribute to a smooth, positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and collaboration tools.
• Ability to learn and apply technical information in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project development from conception to completion.
• Interface with carriers and vendors to coordinate services.
• Schedule third parties and manage logistics for installs.
• Maintain clear customer communications and updates.
• Coordinate equipment orders and logistics for installations.
• Educate customers on available technologies and how to leverage them.
• Handle complex tasks with minimal supervision within a defined framework.
• Document services and installations with accurate records.
• Travel locally to client sites to meet vendors and ensure smooth installs.
• Participate in on-site project implementation and troubleshooting with senior staff.
