Job summary

TAK Broadband is seeking a Project Coordinator to support telecom construction projects in Arizona, with office out of Rimrock and travel across the Phoenix, Sedona, Rimrock, Flagstaff, Prescott, and Prescott Valley markets. The role includes document control, 811 locates, estimates, and coordination with vendors, crews, and project managers.

The position is full-time, pays $20–$28 per hour (DOE), and involves regular travel and some overnight stays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project support, construction administration, or related field (telecommunications experience preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• GIS or mapping software experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to travel to project sites with some overnight stays +/- 50% annually.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting as-built documentation for completed telecom projects.
• Support the creation and maintenance of mapping and project records, ensuring accuracy of system and field data.
• Schedule, track and maintain 811 locate tickets.
• Schedule, track and report crew locations daily.
• Help prepare project estimates, proposals, and supporting documentation for internal and client review.
• Partner with billing team to provide project documentation and reconcile quantities for invoicing.
• Maintain organized project files, reports, and trackers for PMs and field teams.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments to gather information and keep projects moving forward.
• Provide general administrative support to project management, including scheduling meetings and updating logs.
• Travel to project sites with some overnight stays +/- 50% annually.
