Job summary

TAK Broadband is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support telecom projects in the AZ market, including Phoenix, Sedona, Rimrock, Flagstaff, Prescott, and Prescott Valley.

The role provides administrative and operational support to the construction team, coordinating project documentation, crew tracking, 811 locates, billing support, estimates and communication with project managers, field teams, vendors and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in project support or construction administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; GIS knowledge a plus.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented work style.
• Ability to travel to project sites with overnight stays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and submitting as-built documentation.
• Maintain mapping and project records for data accuracy.
• Schedule and track 811 locate tickets and crew locations.
• Prepare project estimates, proposals, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Provide general administrative support and status reports.
• Travel to project sites with overnight stays.
