Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Program Manager to measure and drive the performance of an assigned customer program. The role emphasizes monitoring metrics, production and quality, and clear customer communications, including formal presentations. Preference for telecom/cable industry background and contract interpretation ability.

Located in the United States with travel as needed. The position requires organization, analytical thinking, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, project management, supply chain or related field.
• Experience in fast-paced operation or logistics is preferred.
• PM or operations experience with a customer program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for the local customer on operational and performance issues.
• Monitor project performance to customer requirements and expectations.
• Issue regular reports on program performance.
• Coordinate work of operations, IT, quality and billing teams.
• Identify non-conformance areas and develop remedial plans.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer issues via escalation process and internal coordination.
• Conduct regular meetings with Operations/Business managers to meet timelines.
