Ideal candidates have 8+ years in electrical engineering or 15+ years in industrial construction management, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and strong proficiency in Revit,

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in Electrical engineering or 15 years in construction management for industrial projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent construction experience, including certified technical training.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to resolve design and constructability concerns and discrepancies in engineering drawings and specs.
• Identify opportunities for schedule and cost savings based on design, or modularization.
• Identify trade partners for early contractor engagement through design phase.
• Organize cross-discipline evaluation of telecom and low voltage for construction sequencing and build out.
• Identify risks for long lead construction activities and synchronize with design and schedule.
• Develop and review construction bid packages based on design for contractor award.
• Coordinate across stakeholders for full construction WBS and scope understanding.
• Assist with reviews of Vendor Data Requirement submittals for constructability and impacts to packages.
