Job summary

Jobs for Humanity is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Telecom Analyst to support TEM operations through invoice auditing, data analysis, and client engagement. You will identify cost savings, ensure billing accuracy, and support reporting and operational excellence initiatives.

You will analyze client invoice data to identify vendor overbillings, support the claims reconciliation process, and review/approve key invoices under management guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience with telecom expense management or consulting preferred.
• Experience auditing invoices and data analysis preferred.
• Ability to communicate audit findings clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of telecom invoices and related datasets to identify potential vendor overbillings and billing discrepancies.
• Participate in client calls and meetings to present audit findings, explain methodologies, and respond to inquiries.
• Utilize tools including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, to analyze large datasets and support audit processes.
• Assist with client and vendor communications, including responding to inquiries and supporting issue resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Comfortable operating in a structured, process-driven, and client-focused environment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support telecom expense management (TEM) operations through invoice auditing, data analysis, and client engagement. This is a great opportunity to gain or build upon experience in consulting while expanding a foundation of knowledge in telco operations and learning software tools.

This role is responsible for identifying cost savings opportunities, ensuring billing accuracy, and supporting reporting and operational excellence initiatives.

The Senior Telecom Analyst will work under the direction of management to analyze client invoice data, identify vendor overbillings, supporting the claims reconciliation process, as well as review/approve key invoices.

Key Responsibilities
