Job summary

SBA Communications Corporation in Boca Raton, FL seeks an Operations Project Analyst to support the planning, coordination, tracking, and closeout of telecommunications tower decommissioning and abandoned equipment removal activities. You will work with Operations, Real Estate, Site Leasing, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to maintain project documentation and schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of operations coordination or project support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations coordination or project support.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, tracking, and closeout of telecom tower decommissioning and equipment removal activities.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, schedules, and status updates under project lead guidance.
• Prepare project files, track scope, budgets, milestones, and vendor proposals.
