SBA Communications seeks an Operations Analyst II in Capital Projects International to provide analytical and operational support across markets. You will help ensure data accuracy, project visibility, and consistent performance while supporting dashboards and reports for internal and external clients.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in operations, with strong Excel and Power BI skills, plus bilingual Spanish/English communication.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in operations, compliance, audit or data analysis.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.

• Structured data handling and analytical framework adherence.
• Experience in cross-functional or multi-country environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track capital infrastructure projects with accurate setup and status updates.
• Monitor milestones, timelines and budgets for on-time delivery and compliance.
• Collaborate with SAQ, Construction, leasing and cross-functional teams to validate data.
• Prepare, update and maintain reports and Power BI dashboards for stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify trends and risks, escalating findings for improvement.
• Support forecasting, budget tracking and variance analysis with local markets.
• Operate internal tools and assist in system enhancements aligned with regional needs.
• Maintain organized documentation and records per standards.

This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, supporting project visibility, and contributing to consistent operational performance across multiple markets.The position operates with moderate supervision and supports established frameworks rather than designing them.What You Will Do – Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and track capital infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate project setup, documentation, and status updates.Monitor project milestones, timelines, and budgets to support on-time delivery of tower construction, upgrades and infrastructure deployments while following established operational processes and compliance guidelines.Work with SAQ, Construction, leasing, and cross functional teamsto collect and validate project information supporting alignment on project status and deliverables.Prepare, update, and maintain reports and power BI dashboards to track capital spend, project progress, operational performance metrics, and presentations for internal and external clients.Analyze project data to identify trends, inconsistencies and potential risks escalating findings and supporting improvements in project execution.Support Capital project forecasting, budget tracking, and variance analysis in collaboration with local markets.Function as a proficient user of internal tools, supporting data management and assisting in system enhancements and process improvements aligned with regional needs.Maintain accurate and organized operational documentation and records in accordance with established standards.Additional duties as assigned.What You’ll Need – Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in operations, compliance, audit, or data analysis.Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English required.Exposure to capital projects, infrastructure, or construction environments is a plus.Ability to work with structured datasets and follow defined analytical frameworks.Experience working in cross-functional or multi-country environments is preferred.Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced); familiarity with BI tools#LI-FP1
