Job summary

SBA Communications in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Operations Project Analyst to support planning, coordination, tracking, and closeout of telecommunications tower decommissioning and equipment removal projects.

You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Real Estate, Site Leasing, Legal, Finance and vendors to ensure timely, compliant project delivery within budget and approved schedules. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations coordination or project support.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders, vendors, schedules, and documentation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, tracking, and closeout of tower decommissioning and equipment removal.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, schedules, and status updates with project lead.
• Review requirements, prepare project files, track scope, budgets, and milestones.
• Prepare bid packages and collect vendor proposals and docs.
• Maintain routine communication with vendors and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor schedules, open items, and costs; report delays and risks.
• Prepare status reports, trackers, dashboards for leadership review.
• Assist with purchase orders, change orders, and invoices per processes.
• Coordinate permits and regulatory approvals for construction activities.
• Maintain project records: permits, drawings, safety docs, photos, vendor records.
