Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3)+ years in telecommunications delivery.
• Knowledge of mobile device support (cellular and pagers).
• MS Word and Excel proficiency.
• Cisco experience and other telecom support experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and run operational/financial telecom databases.
• Create real-time reports and fraud-protection reports for management.
• Maintain inventory, call accounting, and billing data.
