Capgemini is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams. You will gather and document requirements, analyze processes, and drive successful telecom initiatives, with emphasis on billing systems (ICOMS) and Salesforce in an Agile setting.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and hands-on UAT support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. This individual will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing business processes, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and ensuring successful delivery of business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have telecom industry experience, strong knowledge of billing platforms (preferably ICOMS), and hands‑on experience working with Salesforce in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, process reviews, and gap analyses.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow documentation.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development and testing teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off activities.
• Perform impact assessments and identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status, issues, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are delivered accurately and align with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes and systems.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience working within the telecommunications industry.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.88/hour - $54.50/hour. Our offered benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
