Qualifications

• 3+ years experience ordering or implementing telecom services (voice, data, cross-connects, dark/bulk fiber).
• Experience in telecom provisioning, service delivery, or network operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day network infrastructure projects to meet schedules and milestones.
• Track progress and update project dashboards and trackers.
• Coordinate across internal teams, carriers, and vendors as guided by senior leadership.
• Participate in project calls and relay updates on timelines and risks.
• Collect data from tools like Salesforce, Pega, and Workfront to support planning and design.
