Job summary

Connected Logistics seeks a Telecom Network Engineer to support VTC, IPTV, and SBC hardware configurations for Video Operation Centers. Duties include design, implementation, and maintenance of voice, video, and data telecom networks, with formal documentation and change management.

Ideal candidates will have a BS or higher in electrical/electronics/systems engineering and relevant DoD/DoD-8570 certifications. Competitive salary with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS degree in electrical/electronics or systems engineering with 1+ year experience, or Associate degree with 8+ years related experience
• Relevant certification such as CCNA and Security+ or DoD baseline certification (8570/8140)
• Experience designing and analyzing voice/video networks, LAN/WAN and network management systems

Responsibilities

• Performs hands-on engineering tasks for AV/VTC network components, SBC/CUBE platforms, collaboration edge systems, E911 integrations, SIP trunking, and call routing infrastructure.
• Executes configuration changes, updates, and modifications; participates in development, maintenance, testing, and interoperability activities; documents results for enterprise standards.
• Provides Tier 2 troubleshooting and root cause analysis for voice and video transport issues; escalates complex problems to Tier 3 engineering.
