Job summary

Connected Logistics in the United States is seeking a Telecom Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain voice, video, and data networks across the VOC and related infrastructure for federal agencies.

The role requires a BS or equivalent, DoD/DLA experience, CCNA/Security+ certifications, IT-I/Tier 5 clearance, and hands-on expertise with SIP, SBC/CUBE, E911, and IP/TV distribution.

Qualifications

• BS or AAS with related telecom experience as specified, or equivalent.
• CCNA and/or Security+ or DoD baseline credential required.
• Experience designing and supporting voice/video networks and data systems.
• IT-I Critical Sensitive clearance or Tier 5 at proposal submission.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on engineering tasks for AV/VTC, SBC/CUBE, and related platforms.
• Execute approved configurations, updates, and interoperability work; document results.
• Tier 2 troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for voice/video transport issues.
• On-shift technical authority, providing direction and ensuring continuity.
• Support operational requirements and vulnerability remediation after patches.
• Contribute to change management with clear implementation steps.
• Maintain audit logs and coordinate with carriers and partners.
