Job summary

Geospatial And Cloud Analytics Inc seeks a Telecom Network Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain voice, video, and data telecom services across DoD/DLA environments. You will implement SBC/CUBE platforms, SIP trunks, and E911 integrations while ensuring standards compliance and thorough documentation.

This role requires a BS or equivalent combination with DoD/8570-8140 certs and an active clearance. On-site in Columbus, with growth opportunities and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Analytical and writing capabilities are required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• DoD/DLA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs hands-on engineering tasks for AV/VTC network components, SBC/CUBE platforms, collaboration edge systems, E911 integrations, SIP trunking, and call routing infra.
• Executes configuration changes, updates, and interoperability testing; documents results per enterprise standards.
• Provides Tier 2 troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for voice/video transport issues; escalates complex problems.
• Serves as on-shift technical authority; guides admins and ensures operational continuity in absence of senior staff.
• Supports operational needs due to personnel availability and patch remediation to ensure readiness.
• Contributes to change management steps and provides feedback to engineering teams.
• Maintains audit-ready logs and coordinates with carriers/partners on technical matters.
