Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a Program Manager – Telecom Assembly & Installation to lead large-scale, multi-phase programs for telecom infrastructure. You will drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Operations, QA/QC, and Supply Chain to deliver on schedule, with a focus on grounding, cabling, RF, and structured cabling standards.

The role requires strong technical foundations in telecom systems, ability to manage schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 5+ years in technical program management in telecom infrastructure.
• Knowledge of wireless or wireline deployments and rack/cabinet integration.
• Experience with telecom grounding, cabling, RF systems, and installation standards.
• Familiarity with NEBS/GR-1089 and outage planning.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of complex telecom programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, QA/QC, and Field Ops.
• Review specs and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Manage schedules, BOM accuracy, and material availability.
• Track KPIs and report status to leadership.
• Support training and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure safety and quality during builds.
