Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a Program Manager for Telecom Assembly & Installation to lead large-scale, multi-phase programs, coordinating Engineering, Operations, QA/QC, and Supply Chain to meet aggressive delivery timelines.

The role requires a strong telecom technical foundation, excellent communication, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment while maintaining safety standards and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline preferred.
• PMP or PgMP certification a plus.
• Experience in technical program management within telecom infrastructure is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of complex telecom assembly/installation programs across multiple teams.
• Serve as the central point of communication between Engineering, QA/QC, Project Managers, and Field Operations.
• Review specs and build documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements and engineering standards.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical discipline

PMP or PgMP certification a plus
