You will work with vendors, support hardware and mobile devices, and assist with project-related IT needs across communities.

Applicants should have an Associates degree or higher and 0–3 years of tech and customer service experience, with strong OS, hardware, and networking

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• 0-3 years experience with computer tech and systems.
• Strong competency in operating systems, hardware, networking, and telecom support.
• Good phone etiquette and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand phone support to end users via call center.
• Record time spent on tasks in Service Desk platform for ticket tracking.
• Resolve telecom issues to ensure connectivity and service reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors/open carrier services for issue resolution.
• Support IT projects and onboarding, including hardware swaps and asset management.
