Job summary

Ledcor is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair telecommunications systems across a defined region. You will travel to customer sites, install voice, data, security, and VoIP equipment, and use a laptop with various software applications to complete work orders.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in telecommunication networks or similar electrical fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working independently and a strong technical aptitude.
• Experience with Cisco systems or comparable equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain voice, data, security, and VoIP systems and equipment.
• Use customer-service skills to ensure work orders are completed.
• Travel to and from customer locations within a defined geographic area to install services for our client.
• Utilize a laptop computer and various software applications.
