Job summary

Circet USA is a leading provider of telecommunications and data center infrastructure services in North America seeking a Program Manager to drive large-scale telecom assembly and installation programs. You will lead multi-phase efforts with mechanical/electromechanical deployments, ensuring on-time delivery and conformity to technical specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field; PMP/PgMP a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years in technical program management within telecom infrastructure or complex electromechanical systems.
• Detailed knowledge of wireless or wireline deployments.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and technical build specifications.
• Familiarity with NEBS/GR-1089, site readiness, and outage planning.
• Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of complex telecom programs across multiple teams.
• Coordinate between Engineering, QA/QC, Project Managers, and Field Operations.
• Review specifications and ensure compliance with customer requirements and standards.
• Schedule shop floor execution and field installations; support sequencing and capacity planning.
• Ensure material availability with Supply Chain and maintain BOM accuracy.
• Monitor labor utilization and manage program budgets.
• Define KPIs and report health dashboards; drive continuous improvement.
• Provide training and promote cross-training to mitigate resource constraints.
• Deliver regular status updates and risk reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure builds pass QA and telecom installation standards.
