Job summary

Circet USA in Northlake, TX, is seeking a Program Manager - Telecom Assembly & Installation to lead large-scale telecom infrastructure programs, including racks, cabinets, radios, antennas, alarms, and cabling. You will drive cross-functional alignment among Engineering, Operations, QA/QC, and Supply Chain to meet schedules and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree, 5+ years in technical program management within telecom, knowledge of NEBS/GR-1089, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical discipline preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in technical program management, telecom infrastructure or complex electromechanical systems.
Knowledge of NEBS, GR-1089, and telecom installation standards is a plus.
Proficiency with engineering drawings, schematics, and vendor documentation.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end planning and execution of telecom assembly and installation programs across teams.
Coordinate engineering, QA/QC, project management, and field ops to align execution.
Review specs, drawings, and build docs to ensure compliance with standards.
Schedule shop floor and field installations; support sequencing and capacity planning.
Work with Supply Chain to ensure material availability and BOM accuracy.
Deliver program status updates, risk reports, and KPIs to leadership.
