Job summary

Circet USA in Northlake, TX is seeking a Program Manager - Telecom Assembly & Installation to lead large-scale, multi-phase programs delivering telecom infrastructure, racks, cabinets, radios, antennas, and cabling. You will coordinate engineering, QA/QC, project management, and field operations; ensure schedules, budgets, and safety; review specs and drive on-time delivery.

Experience in telecom deployments, NEBS knowledge, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in technical program management in telecom infra.
Knowledge of NEBS, GR-1089, and installation standards.
Proficient in MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of telecom assembly and installation programs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, QA/QC, Projects, Field Ops.
Review specs and build docs for compliance with customer requirements.
Coordinate shop floor and field schedules; manage capacity and timelines.
Ensure BOM accuracy and material availability with Supply Chain.
Deliver regular status updates to leadership and customers.
Ensure QA passes and telecom-grade installation standards.
