Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites, with travel required. This regional role favors self-motivated, responsible candidates within 60 miles of Flagstaff, AZ.

Core duties include diagnosing, repairing, and installing components, conducting maintenance checks, responding to service calls (including after-hours), and completing daily reports.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnose, repair, install components.
• Performing regular HVAC maintenance checks.
• Upgrading or maintaining equipment out-of-season.
• Responding to service calls, including emergencies.
• Completing daily work reports accurately.
• Safe operation of company vehicle per policies.
