Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a regional position; candidates should reside within 60 miles of Bismarck, North Dakota.

Core responsibilities include maintaining cooling systems, conducting performance checks, and responding to service calls with timely reports. After-hours travel and DOT compliance may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 or Universal EPA certification.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, commercial preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical and electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems and diagnosing repairs.
• Performing regular maintenance checks on HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls, including after-hours when needed.
• Completing daily work reports accurately.
