Job summary

Pearce Services, LLC seeks Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters in the Eugene, Oregon region. This role requires travel, strong self-direction, and reliability to meet client needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing cooling systems, performing scheduled maintenance, and responding to service calls, with potential for after-hours work and per diem or travel reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must hold EPA Certification Level 2 or Universal.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, commercial preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems and diagnose/repair components.
• Conduct performance checks and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls, including after-hours when needed.
• Drive to remote work sites and travel regionally as required.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
