Job summary

Pearce Services, LLC is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at Cell Tower sites. This regional role requires residence in the Portland, Oregon area and a proactive, self-directed approach with willingness to travel.

Core duties include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing cooling systems, conducting routine maintenance, and responding to service calls, including after-hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 or Universal EPA certification.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, commercial preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally.
