Job summary

Pearce Services seeks Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair telecom shelter HVAC equipment across regional sites. Candidates must reside in the Portland, Oregon area and be able to travel frequently, including after-hours. This role includes a company vehicle, per diem, and comprehensive benefits.

Expect hourly pay of $30.00-$38.00 DOE, with opportunities for bonuses, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and ongoing professional development in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing components.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls, including after-hours and emergencies.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle per company policy.
