Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Telecommunications Foreman to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

You will lead installation teams, oversee OSP/ISP copper, CCTV, DAS, and fiber projects for federal, government, healthcare, and commercial facilities, with high focus on safety and quality. Applicants must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph, have 8+ years in related telecom work, and be able to read blueprints and plans.

Qualifications

Must have TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
8+ years telecommunications installation/oversight experience (OSP/ISP, CCTV, DAS, fiber, cabling)
BICSI certification minimum Installer 1 for copper
Experience with Federal, Healthcare, Government facilities and mission-critical environments
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

Responsibilities

Install communications cabling and equipment per plans, specs, codes.
Lead field teams; ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.
Understand and install OSP/ISP copper, CCTV, DAS, fiber, and structured cabling.
Maintain documentation and conduct QA checks on installs.
Travel up to 75% to perform field work and support projects.
