Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• Eight years of progressive accounting experience with three years in supervision; telecom experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX, and external/regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP reporting packages.
• Support SOX internal controls design, testing, and remediation efforts.
• Oversee telecom accounting for network assets, IRUs, leases, and capex.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
