Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• Eight years of progressive accounting experience with three years in a supervisory role.
• Telecommunications industry experience and SOX/compliance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual close; review journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare GAAP financial statements and management reporting packages; support audits.
• Oversee telecom accounting: assets, IRUs, leases, depreciation, and capital projects.
• Lead internal controls and SOX compliance; maintain accounting policies and procedures.
