Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting or finance; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• Eight years of progressive accounting experience with three in supervision.
• Telecom industry experience and SOX/compliance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy.
• Review journals, reconciliations, and GAAP financial statements.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Oversee telecom accounting for assets, IRUs, leases, and capex.
• Develop KPIs, budgets, and management reporting packages.
• Supervise and coach accounting staff and ensure process improvements.
