Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience in telecommunications and field service.
• Ability to de-escalate customer concerns professionally.
• Technical diploma/degree preferred from a technical college.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, configure and test MACD moves on telecom gear.
• Perform on-site installations and repairs of internet, copper and fiber cabling.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain safety practices and Ledcor's safety program.
• Travel with company vehicle and work in varied environments.
