The role involves creating plan and profile drawings from survey files, interpreting survey notes, and preparing documents for construction and maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of professional experience creating plan and profile drawings.
• Knowledge of drafting techniques and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers, Project Engineers and Designers with technical design tasks.
• Generate plan and profile drawings from survey files and record drawings.
• Prepare drawings, cost estimates, bills of materials and reports for construction projects.
• Interpret survey notes, utility records, and civil plans to create base drawings.
• Perform calculations for elevations, grades, and material quantities.
• Collect field data and support documentation as needed.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with company standards.
