Job summary

CobbFendley Inc. is seeking a Field Technician for our Fort Worth office. The role focuses on entry-level field tasks supporting civil infrastructure projects, with emphasis on data collection, safety, and equipment operation.

Responsibilities include learning field procedures, operating equipment, and traveling for site work. The position is in-person, with opportunities for growth and training through the New Hire Program and in-house education offerings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of field operations, safety requirements, and environmental considerations for civil infrastructure work.
• Skills to use industry tools, equipment, and software to document work and communicate.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks with supervision and follow established procedures.
• Develop foundational technical and field skills.
• Safely operate equipment and travel locally and out of state, including overnights.
• Operate vehicles, including large vehicles with trailers, as needed for tasks.
• Cross-train to perform other field services (Telecommunications, Survey, SUE).
