CobbFendley in Frisco, TX is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Hybrid Technician to join our office. You will support Project Managers and Designers in drafting plan and profile drawings, perform field verifications, and develop detailed outside-plant designs using GIS and CAD tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience creating plan and profile drawings.
• Knowledge of standard drafting techniques and project design standards.
• Proficient with CAD and GIS software to produce construction drawings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan production: support Project Managers, Project Engineers and Designers with technical design tasks and generate plan and profile drawings.
• Compliance + Quality: apply QA/QC procedures and ensure adherence to standards.
• Communication + Collaboration: work with supervisors, mentors, and internal staff across disciplines.
• Training, Learning + Advancement: develop skills interpreting survey data, utility records, and engineering plans.
• Client + Internal Satisfaction: coordinate with internal clients and address issues as needed.
• Technical: conduct site surveys, field verifications, and produce as-built documentation.
