Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications, electrical engineering, networking, electronics, or related technical field preferred.
• Familiarity with telecommunications and network equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to learn new technology and equipment quickly.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain 2-way network communication systems and security equipment
• Install and maintain VSAT and LTE data communication systems
• Configure and adjust network systems to minimize communication disruptions
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving computers, printers, fax machines, communication equipment, and security systems
• Investigate customer concerns and develop appropriate technical solutions
• Provide professional, responsive, and positive customer service
• Assist with equipment tracking and inventory documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and system performance
• Maintain accurate service and equipment records
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
