Qualifications

• 1–5 years of construction supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of underground fiber installation methods (HDD/Plow) is a plus.
• Two-year college, trade, or technical diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities to meet plans, specs, codes and PQP requirements.
• Champion site safety by enforcing standards and supporting the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP).
• Monitor short-term schedules, estimate durations and material needs, and track progress to meet milestones.
• Direct field staff and coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractors to achieve safety, schedule, and quality goals.
• Supervise craft workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and maintaining accountability.
• Manage procurement tasks such as preparing purchase requisitions and reviewing supplier and subcontractor invoices.
