Job summary

Technibus, Inc. is seeking a General Superintendent to lead large-scale projects with emphasis on safety, quality, and financial performance. You will oversee staffing, materials, and customer delivery to ensure efficient project execution.

The role requires strong telecom/technical background, supervisory experience, and hands-on management of field operations. Travel and on-site leadership are essential for meeting deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

Minimum five years supervisory or managerial experience.
Minimum of five years’ experience in telecommunications or a related technical or construction field.
Must be proficient with a computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise, promote, discipline and discharge project staff.
Act as senior liaison for operational interface with customer representatives.
Plan for, manage, monitor and maintain project profitability.
Ensure deadlines are met per customer requirements.
Manage workload distribution and staffing levels for project progress.
Oversee successful job completion and adherence to budget.
Review job cost postings and prepare invoices and financial reporting.
Complete all IES project paperwork on time and accurately.
Perform quality checks and prevent outages; conduct site walks.
Serve as main on-site customer contact; attend meetings as required.
Lead operations meetings and training sessions.
Manage tools and truck inventory/maintenance.
Complete any other responsibilities as assigned.
