Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in Owings Mills, MD is hiring a Sales Specialist to market Verizon products and services to communities, property managers and owners. You will be a self-starter with strong communication skills, manage on-site events, and drive sales while building relationships with clients and internal teams.

Full-time role with base salary plus commissions, training, and benefits. Some travel and evenings/weekends may be required; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; related sales or promotional experience preferred.
• Customer-facing, or promotional experience valued; backgrounds in real estate, outside sales, B2B, retail or telecom are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with property managers.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals and event activation targets.
• Schedule events and identify additional marketing tactics.
• Pre-promote events and offers.
• Establish clear communication between clients and internal teams.
• Handle administrative duties including event recap, finance, and inventory.
