Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Technician – Fulfilment to perform field audits, inspections, and quality checks on completed installations and service work. The role ensures compliance with client requirements, company standards, and safety regulations while supporting continuous improvement in technician performance.

You will verify broadband, video, and voice service installations, provide real-time coaching, and document findings in company systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 2-4 years of telecom installation, service, or field operations experience.
• Experience with field audits, QA processes, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication in the field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits and inspections of installations, service calls, and technician work.
• Evaluate work quality against client specs, company standards, and safety requirements.
• Identify defects and compliance issues; document findings accurately.
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching to technicians in the field.
• Verify proper installation of broadband, video, and voice services; ensure signal quality.
• Ensure adherence to SLA, job scope, and customer experience standards.
• Complete audit reports and photo validation using company systems.
• Support retraining by identifying recurring quality issues and trends.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process standardization.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
