Job summary

GAC Enterprises LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to be the on-site representative, overseeing daily field operations from mobilization through completion. You will directly supervise crews and subcontractors to keep projects safe, on schedule, and on spec.

You will partner with Project Managers to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on active sites, with travel up to 50%. A High School Diploma or GED and valid driver’s license are required; OSHA certs are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of telecom/construction field experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Experience supervising crews and subcontractors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations from mobilization through completion.
• Directly supervise crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on sites.
• Review drawings, verify scope and field feasibility.
• Maintain project records and reports.
• Coordinate with Project/Construction Managers.
• Enforce OSHA, DOT, and PPE requirements.
• Travel may be required (10-50%).
