The role requires hands-on leadership, clear communication, and a strong focus on workmanship. Travel and weekend hours may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications construction environments.

• Ability to lead field crews and coordinate with management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews including operators, linemen, laborers, locators, and subcontractors.
• Conduct daily tailgate safety meetings and review jobsite conditions.
• Coordinate with Operations Management and track production metrics.
• Ensure installations meet project specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation and reports.
