Job summary

CobbFendley in Tempe, Arizona is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Field Team Lead to guide field operations across multiple projects. You will lead field technicians, coordinate with project managers, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of outdoor infrastructure work on OSP broadband designs.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years of relevant field experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to travel locally and interstate.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of field and professional experience in telecommunications or civil infrastructure.
• Knowledge of field operations, safety requirements, and environmental considerations.
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and interstate, with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations across multiple projects, ensuring safety and quality.
• Lead field technicians and coordinating crews with project managers and internal teams.
• Review field reports, schedules, and permit/as-built documentation for accuracy.
• Ensure equipment safety, maintenance, and on-time delivery of field tasks.
• Represent the field team in planning meetings and coordinate with engineering and permitting teams.
