Tower Communications Expert is seeking a Crew Leader to direct day-to-day jobsite activities in Arizona, with remote field work and travel as needed. You will lead hands-on telecom, tower, civil, or infrastructure work and ensure work aligns with project scope and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in telecom or related fields, proven leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to safety.

Formación

• 5+ years of telecom, tower, civil, or infrastructure experience.
• Experience leading field crews.
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and field execution.
• Ability to read basic drawings, plans, and scopes of work.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in outdoor environments.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily jobsite activities and assign tasks to crew members.
• Work hands-on alongside the crew performing telecom, tower, civil, or infrastructure work.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, scopes of work, and schedules.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact.
• Enforce safety standards, OSHA requirements, and jobsite protocols.
• Lead daily tailgate meetings and ensure JHAs are completed.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
• Identify and address hazards, unsafe conditions, or quality issues immediately.
• Support training and development of crew members.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on crew performance and needs.
• Help build a positive, respectful jobsite culture.
• Communicate job progress, issues, and material needs to supervisors.
• Coordinate with other crews, subcontractors, and site contacts.
• Support documentation, photos, and daily reporting as required.
