Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC seeks an Equipment Foreman to lead telecom construction crews in Marion, IA. You will oversee crews, ensure projects are completed on schedule, and manage equipment and materials to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of related experience, prior foreman experience preferred, and is authorized to work in the United States. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you will be responsible for safety, DOT

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience in equipment foreman or supervisor roles.
• Experience leading crews to meet project timelines.
• Authorized to work in the United States for TelCom Construction, LLC.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned heavy equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and updates.
• Oversee and help with crew training.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT compliance.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and perform maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.
