Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman for the telecom construction team in Des Moines, IA. You will oversee crews, manage equipment and materials, and ensure projects stay on schedule in a safety-first environment.

The role requires a minimum of three years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and authorization to work in the United States. Foreman experience is preferred and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• At least three years of related experience; foreman experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States for the company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery and perform maintenance.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
