TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman for our Telecom Construction team in the United States. You will oversee crews to keep projects on schedule, manage equipment and materials, and ensure a safe, productive work environment.

The role requires leadership, hands-on equipment operation, and adherence to OSHA/DOT policies, with opportunities for training and career growth within a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed
• Oversee and help with training of crew members
• Ensure everyone follows company safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• All other duties as assigned

Skills

Three+ years related experience

Foreman experience preferred

Valid driver's license
