Nextlink is seeking a Field Operations: Electrical Non-Exempt professional to perform trenching, conduit installation, and electrical wiring tasks on outdoor sites across Texas and surrounding states.

The role requires working at heights, lifting heavy equipment, and adherence to safety protocols. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required, with possible overtime and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to climb towers and work at heights.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Dig trenches or install underground electrical conduit.
• Load/unload equipment and materials.
• Set poles, meters bases, and wire in cabinets.
• Install electrical services and bend conduit.
• Maintain safety and PPE on site.
• Take photos and provide turnover documentation.
• Work in elevated positions on towers and roofs.
