Nextlink is seeking a Field Operations installer to perform fiber drop installations and related outdoor work across Texas. You will operate a fiber drop plow, bore under driveways, install conduit, and communicate with customers about equipment placement.

The role requires lifting heavy equipment, ability to work outdoors in a team, and compliance with safety, drug screening, and background checks. A valid driver’s license and basic hand tools experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install conduit path under driveways and sidewalks for fiber drops.
• Landscaping restoration and outdoor work.
• Customer facing and record damages to customer property.
• Operate company-provided tools and vehicles.
