Job summary

Nextlink is seeking a Field Operations: Electrical professional to layout sites and install electrical runs, including PVC, rigid conduit, EMT, and wiring cabinets, poles and meters. Travel up to 50% will be required.

Work outdoors in varying weather, using hand and power tools, and climbing towers up to 200 feet. A high school diploma or GED is required, plus a valid driver’s license and passing a drug screen and background check. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with electrical installations is preferred.
• Ability to climb towers and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Dig trenches or run underground electrical conduit.
• Load/unload equipment and materials.
• Set and wire cabinets, poles and meters.
• Provide turnover documentation and site photos.
• Work safely outdoors and in elevated positions.
